Paterson, New Jersey – May 10, 2018 – Kontos Foods, Inc., a U.S.- based manufacturer and distributor of traditional artisan breads and Mediterranean specialty foods, today announced that the company will feature its over 50 varieties of Pocket-Less Pita® and Flatbreads, and other specialty products, at the National Restaurant Association Show 2018, the International Foodservice Marketplace, taking place May 19-22 at the McCormick Place in Chicago. Kontos Foods will be featuring its Pre-Grilled Cocktail Flatbreads, Pre-Grilled, Mini Oval Flatbreads, All-Natural, French-Style Crepes, International Pastry Puffs (served as Buñuelos, Loukoumades, and Zeppole), Greek Yogurt, Imported Feta Cheese, Dolmades, Hummus and Tzatziki dips with Pre-Grilled Cocktail Flatbreads, and Gluten-Free Wraps.

Also on display will be Greek Lifestyle Flatbread, which has twice the Protein, half the carbohydrates, fewer calories and less sugar than other Flatbreads, as well as Classic Baklava and Nut Rolls, perfect, bite-sized desserts to end a meal or snack on any time of the day.

The NRA Show attracts more than 43,000 foodservice buyers from around the world, including 96 of the top 100 restaurant brands, independent and chain restaurants, retail grocery stores, non-commercial institutions, and wholesale dealers. The restaurant industry alone has projected 2017 sales of $736 billion, according to the NRA.
