1 pkg. (5.2 oz.) Kontos® Cocktail Flatbread (20 pieces)

Instructions: Serves 4

Tomato-Goat Cheese: Spread each Cocktail Flatbread with 1/2 Tbsp. softened goat cheese. Top with 4 to 5 roasted grape tomatoes. Garnish with 1 pitted Kalamata olive and fresh oregano leaves.

Asparagus Pepper Wraps: For each Cocktail Flatbread, wrap 1 piece prosciutto around 2 grilled asparagus spears and 2 grilled red bell pepper strips.

Gruyére & Ham Melts: Top each Cocktail Flatbread with 1 small slice Gruyére cheese and 1 Tbsp. diced cooked ham. Heat in skillet over medium heat or toast in toaster-oven until cheese melts. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme leaves.

Turkey Meatball with Chutney: Spread each Cocktail Flatbread with 1 tsp. mint sauce and 2 tsp. of your favorite chutney. Top with 1 hot turkey or beef meatball and secure with a wooden pick. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Smoked Trout & Radish: Spread each Cocktail Flatbread with 1/2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt. Top with 1 Tbsp. smoked trout pieces, 2 radish slices and 1 thin lemon slice. Garnish with chopped chives.
